Shipping Policy
Free ground shipping on all domestic orders. Free international standard shipping on orders over $200. International standard shipping may not be offered in select locations. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing before your order ships.
Return Policy
30-Day Returns For Domestic Orders ($8.95 return shipping fee). First time purchasers receive free returns.
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached.
We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear.
care instructions
in order to best care for your swim and the environment:
skip the washing machine and the dryer to avoid greenhouse emissions and damaging your swim.
thoroughly rinse your swim with cold water after each use and lay flat or hang to dry.
only use a small amount of gentle detergent if needed.
do not bleach, iron, or tumble dry.
We recommend rinsing swim using the guppyfriend washing bag to prevent loose microfibers from entering the water to protect our oceans.
