if you would like to return or exchange for any reason you may do so within 30 days of receipt. please send the unworn item(s) in their original condition including tags, polybags and hygiene seals and follow the step by step instructions here to complete your return or exchange. 

tropic of C reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if items have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. items may not be canceled or edited once the order is placed.

items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.

domestic returns:

first time domestic purchasers receive free returns. there after, return shipping costs are $6.95 and non-refundable. please allow 10 -14 business days for your refund.

• follow the step by step instructions here to submit your return.
• place the item(s) you are returning and the return packing slip in the shipping mailer. If available, please re-use original packaging.
• drop off at your local US Postal Service location.

international returns:

all international returns are at the expense of the customer. please be sure that your package is insured, traceable and prepaid. international customers are responsible for all shipping and duty fees. therefore, tropic of c is unable to issue a refund for those costs.

• follow the step by step instructions here to submit your return.
• place the item(s) you are returning and the return packing slip in the shipping mailer. if available, please re-use original packaging.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

we offer free ground shipping (3-9 business days) on all domestic orders over $200

only ground and 2-day shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. shipping costs are slightly higher to these areas. overnight shipping to California is not available.

domestic ground: $5.95 (3-9 business days) / FREE for orders $200+

domestic 2-day: $28.95 (2-3 business days)

overnight: $35.95 (orders placed after Thursday night will be shipping the following Monday)

placed on a holiday: ships first day after service resumes for next day delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

shipping, duties and additional fees are included in product price

duties and fees for Canada will be calculated at checkout

ship times are approximately 10 - 20 business days but can vary based on delivery country. please see delivery times by country here. the estimated transit time is presented during checkout. 

we cannot provide overnight services to PO Boxes due to carrier service restrictions.

When cared for properly Tropic of C swim will last for years. As a guide to best care for your swim while reducing your environmental impact follow these guidelines: 

skip the washing machine and the dryer to avoid greenhouse emissions and damaging your swim.

thoroughly rinse your swim with cold water after each use and lay flat or hang to dry.

only use a small amount of gentle detergent if needed.

do not bleach, iron, or tumble dry.

We recommend rinsing swim using the guppyfriend bag to prevent loose microfibers from entering the water to protect our oceans.

since our warehouse is working hard to get your items shipped out as soon as your order is placed, we are unable to cancel or edit items in your order once it is placed. you can always return incorrect sizes and colors and repurchase the correct items.

please check your email for a shipment confirmation, which includes your tracking number to easily track your order.

if your order qualifies for a promotion, please enter the promo code at checkout before continuing to payment method. please note only one promo code can be used per order. promotional discounts cannot be applied to previous orders. 

we do not offer price adjustments and cannot apply discount codes after an order has been placed.

items marked as pre-order require a 100% deposit. the expected shipping date is noted in the item description and may be subject to change.
