the majority of our swim styles are produced using this regenerated nylon fiber. econyl® gives a second life to discarded waste while helping to clean up our planet. made from 100% recycled materials like fishing nets, fabric scraps and industrial plastics rescued from landfills and oceans all over the world.
lycra® xtra life™
part of our sustainable vision is to create pieces that last. lycra xtra life™ is a fiber technology designed to fight against fading from heat and chlorine while also providing incredible shape retention, compression and flexibility.
a high-performance polyester fiber made entirely from recycled plastic bottles. repreve® offsets the use of new petroleum, meaning fewer greenhouse gases and greater water and energy conservation. beyond its sustainability this fabric has inherit properties such as wicking, thermal regulation and cushioned support.
digital textile printing
instead of traditional screen printing we digitally print our textiles. this is a more eco-conscious process that substantially reduces water, waste and electricity usage. additionally, we use regen® as our fabric base for printed styles. regen® is a recycled polyester yarn made from post-consumer plastic bottles.
our ethos extends to how our products are presented, packaged and shipped. we carefully source materials that are renewable, biodegradable or decrease water and energy consumption. small details that make a difference.
our branded labels inside each garment are made from recycled polyester.
bamboo paper hang tags
a renewable alternative to wood, bamboo has lower carbon emissions and helps promote the preservation of forests.
biodegradable garment bag
instead of traditional poly bags, which can take years and years to decompose, ours can decompose at a much faster rate whether in a landfill or composted at home.
using a bioplastic derived from tree pulp, our liners are completely compostable.
stone paper envelope
a tree-free paper made from calcium carbonate. compared to standard paper production, it only requires 15% of the energy and has 67% less CO2 emissions. not to mention it uses zero water.
a 100% compostable mailer made from a bio-based polymer and plant materials. it’s a durable, more sustainable alternative to plastic poly mailers.
