we appreciate your patience and assure you your package will be sent as quickly as possible.

orders received after 2:00 pm CST will be processed the following business day. 

domestic shipping

we offer free ground shipping (3-9 business days) on all domestic orders over $200

only ground and 2-day shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. shipping costs are slightly higher to these areas. overnight shipping to California is not available.

domestic ground: $5.95 (3-9 business days) / FREE for orders $200+

domestic 2-day: $28.95 (2-3 business days)

overnight: $35.95 (orders placed after Thursday night will be shipping the following Monday)

placed on a holiday: ships first day after service resumes for next day delivery.

 

international shipping

shipping, duties and additional fees are included in product price

duties and fees for Canada will be calculated at checkout

ship times are approximately 10 - 20 business days but can vary based on delivery country. please see delivery times by country here. the estimated transit time is presented during checkout. 

we cannot provide overnight services to PO Boxes due to carrier service restrictions.

please note: Route covers the subtotal of the order. shipping costs, taxes, custom/duty fees and the Route premium are not covered in the refund.

undeliverable packages

if a package is refused or is otherwise undeliverable as shipped, the carrier may return the package. tropic of c is not responsible for addresses entered incorrectly at time of order. please note packages cannot be delivered to forwarding addresses. undeliverable merchandise will be refunded once it is returned. all returned orders will be assessed a return shipping fee.
