overnight shipping via FedEx: $35

overnight schedules:

orders must be placed before 3pm EST for next day delivery. orders placed before friday 3pm EST have a saturday delivery. orders placed after 3pm EST on friday have a ship date of monday for tuesday delivery. orders placed on a holiday will ship first day after service resumes for delivery next day.

undeliverable packages

if a package is refused or a wrong address is given, the carrier will return the package and we will refund your merchandise, less the round trip shipping costs. 



if you are not satisfied with your item(s), you have 14 days upon receiving your parcel to return your item(s). please send the unused item(s) in its original and unworn condition with tropic of c tags, polybags and hygiene seal intact. items with any tags removed cannot be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.  tropic of c reserves the right to deny a refund on returned merchandise if item(s) have been worn, soiled, laundered, or altered in anyway.

domestic returns:

all shipping costs are non-refundable. please allow 7-10 business days for your refund.

to return your item(s) please follow the below steps:

1. place the item(s) you are returning and the included form in the shipping mailer.

2. attach the prepaid USPS return label to the mailer.

3. drop off at your local US Postal Office location.

international returns:

all international returns are at the expense of the customer. please be sure that your package is insured, traceable and prepaid.
