if a package is refused or is otherwise undeliverable, the carrier may return the package. we are not responsible for addresses entered wrong or incorrectly. please note packages cannot be delivered to forwarding addresses. undeliverable merchandise will be refunded once it is returned. all returned orders will be assessed a return shipping fee.
if you are not satisfied with your item(s), you have 14 days upon receiving your parcel to return your item(s). please send the unused item(s) in its original and unworn condition with tropic of c tags, polybags and hygiene seal intact. items with any tags or liners removed cannot be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. tropic of c reserves the right to deny a refund on returned merchandise if item(s) have been worn, soiled, laundered, or altered in anyway.

to return your item(s) please follow the below steps:

2. attach the pre-paid USPS return label to the mailer.
3. drop off at your local US Postal Office location.
all international returns are at the expense of the customer. please be sure that your package is insured, traceable and prepaid.
